Its so easy for South Africans to Futsek a person or an organisation for that matter. I think its a sad culture that has infected our society and refuses to leave! Our society, allows one only one chance to succeed and that's it, if you F*&% up you're on your own. I am always stressing about the things we are going to teach future generations. I think its important we put emphasis on Frame of references, societal and cultural dynamics. We need to alter our outlooks as a country towards this country, we are too quick to judge, to give up and to not care. We think nothing affects us directly so we wont stand up for it. I am proud chiefs fan, and have been and still will be for the rest of my life, even when they loose im cool coz i know they have the ability to win and I rejoice. Its the joy in winninng that we embrace and even that we discard before the next day's sun sets. We embarass our sports teams by being embarrassed about them, we think our political situation is in turmoil, and I dont see the army marching the streets to restor order. I think we already assume this country is going to the dogs. There are some people walking around hoping they could freeze Mandela coz if he ever died we are screwed for real... South African fear nothing but fear itself, they are failures to launch just the good spirit of the things done for and to this country. I am taking my own stand, atleast then I will be amongst those who wont pack and leave for foreign lands, well firstly coz I cant afford it and secondly because I cant think of a better place to be. Today is a good day under the african sky:)
