Trompie

I was talking to Trompie this morning and I commented on something he said by saying "dope shit". Oh oath! what have I done, what in language is "dope shit". My blog was going to be somewhat inspirational today. I woke up feeling "nje" no stress really and I thought i would collect words from the faces I would see on ma way to work. Then I said "dope shit". what the hell could that mean and is it possible that a person can really think "dope shit" is the correct term to refer to something cool. This is when I realised human beings move in circles inexplicable to them. How long have I been around whatever culture for me to have had my jargon organised and disorganised into this?
I wake up as me and then later on in my day I am part of a subculture I did not know I was part of, all because of "dope shit". Imagine how many of these subcultures play a role in shaping the minds of children I am still to have and those some of you have. It becomes very important as people who are able to shift and change opinions to make sure we report facts not opinions unless it is required. It might seem far removed from you, but the next time you write a song think about who will hear that song and what they will take away from it. If anything this meduim should encourage that aspect of social responsibility.
